Our Client Care Specialists will make sure one of our Nissan-certified technicians is ready to get your vehicle in peak mechanical condition. Don't have an appointment? Engine light came on unexpectedly? Not sure if that winding noise is normal? Got a flat and need to come in immediately? No worries! Use our Express Service and drive right in! We'll work to get you back on the road as quick as possible.

Once you drive onto our lot, pull right into our Service Drive and one of our friendly, expert advisors will be right there to greet you. We'll perform a walk-around of your vehicle and ask you a few questions to ensure we address all of your needs and/or concerns. Your advisor will give you an estimated cost and expected time for your visit, and also check for any recalls that might need to be addressed.(be sure to present any coupons or special offers to your advisor to ensure you receive the applicable discount.)


Need a ride to work or home? Use our Shuttle Service! Inform your advisor, and we'll arrange to have you dropped you off anywhere on Aquidneck Island and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. If you prefer to wait, our waiting lounge features a plush seating with cable television, business center, Guest Wifi, fresh coffee, and refreshments in a quiet and relaxed environment.

 When your service is complete, your advisor will recap the work performed, thoroughly explain all charges, and advise you what to expect for your next visit. This is the type of service our customers have come to expect from Langway. Clear, concise, and always respectful of your time.
